1. There will be absolutely no alcohol consumption by any dealer during business hours. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund.
2. All food and drink items must be approved by office.
3. Subletting or loaning spaces is not allowed.
4. Fireworks may not be sold. This includes "Snap Pops".
5. We are not responsible for any merchandise left at the Flea Market. Any merchandise left in spaces not paid for will be disposed of.
6. All pets must be on a leash or left in your vehicle. Absolutely no agressive or barking dogs allowed. Please clean up after your pets.
7. All dealers are responsible for cleaning their spaces and putting trash in the cans provided. However, no cardboard boxes may be left at the Flea Market.
8. Reservations may be made only one week in advance and must be paid for in advance. Current dealers have the first right to their spaces if it is paid for before 2:00 pm on Sunday.
9. If rental spaces are not occupied by 9:00 am and you have not notified the office, your space will be rented.
10. All musical equipment must be played softly.
11. Only tables provided may be used in the sheds with dirt floors.
12. We are not responsible for damage or theft of merchandise, or personal injuries.
13. Due to fire hazards: no coffee pots, hot plates, crock pots or electric heaters.
14. KEEP ALL CHILDREN AT YOUR SPACE.

These additional rules pertain to dealers with lockable spaces.

1. Must be open by 9:00 am.
2. Rent must be paid by the first of each month or the weekend following if the first falls in the middle of the week. There will be a $10.00 late fee charged.
3. Extra lights used to highlight merchandise are permitted. However, this electricity must be paid for @ $3.00 per light a month. There will also be a $8.00 per month fee for each electric fan and or refrigerator. There will be no partial month payments. There is no charge for radios.
